Felony Lane Gang Strikes In Foxborough

Police say a woman has been using stolen checks and a debit card across Rhode Island.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The Felony Lane Gang has struck in Foxborough, police said.

Police say the pictured woman has been seen at several banks in North Rhode Island, cashing checks and using a debit card stolen in Foxborough. She is believed to be apart of a larger group known for stealing purses from vehicles and fraudulently using the victims' identification to obtain cash.

With the uptick in thefts, police are reminding residents to use caution. The group often targets the parking lots of daycare centers, playgrounds, and other places where women may leave their purses in the vehicle.

Residents are reminded to keep their cars locked and purses out of sight. In one recent incident a victim was away from her car for less than 4 minutes, according to police.
