Few Police Problems Reported at Bruce Springsteen Show

It was a relatively well-behaved crowd at last Wednesday's show at Gillette Stadium.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Fans at last week’s Bruce Springsteen’s show at Gillette Stadium weren’t doing much more than dancing in the dark.

Of the 44,500 fans who attended the show, only 10 were taken into custody, according to the Foxborough Police Log. Half of those taken into custody were arrested while the others were taken into protective custody.

The low number can be attributed to a good show, along with a late arriving crowd that didn’t really tailgate and had work the next day, Police Chief Ed O'Leary said.
