Four town properties in Foxborough now have new owners.

Town Manager Bill Keegan announced Tuesday night that the old fire station, Keating Funeral Home, a parcel of land on Garrett Spillane Drive, and a parcel on Cross Street were auctioned off for a total of $745,000.

The fire station and funeral home were purchased for $550,000. The buyers were Mark and Judy Duffy, according to the Foxboro Reporter.

The taxes for the property for this year and next have been paid for, according to Keegan. There will be a 30-day closing period and the land will require a municipal reuse permit that must be issued during the closing period.
