Former Foxborough and Milton Guidance Counselor Accused of Stealing AP Exam Fees

Former FHS guidance counselor Kenneth Aubert is accused of stealing the fees for AP exams from Milton High School

The former head of the guidance department at Milton High School has been charged with stealing about $30,000 in Advanced Placement exam fees.

Kenneth Aubert, 62, of Roslindale, pleaded not guilty to five counts of larceny over $250 in August according to the Boston Globe.

The charges and investigation were announced by Milton Superintendent Mary C. Gormley at a recent school committee meeting.

In her blog and newsletter to parents and officials, Gormley said that the thefts came to the attention to the Milton High School staff when the collection and payment of fees for the AP exams appeared to be incomplete.

The charges has led Foxborough to make sure that their school financial records are in order. Aubert worked at the school from 1983-2005 according to the Foxboro Reporter.

“We have been and will continue to review our records and procedures from that time,” Spinelli told the Reporter.

Aubert is due back in court on October 30.
