Former Foxborough Resident Accused of Stealing Quarters to Pay for Stealing Charge
Police say Timothy J. Barry stole over $1,000 in quarters to pay restitution for another housebreak.

Police say a former Foxborough resident who is currently living in a sober house in North Attleboro stole 1,000 in quarters from a house in order to pay resitution for a previous housebreak he committeed.
Timothy J. Barry, 26, faces charges of larceny and breaking and entering according to the Sun Chronicle. Police say Barry broken into the North Attleboro home of a roofer he once worked for and stole $1,474 worth of quarters.
In addition, Barry is on probation for a housebreak in Norfolk. His bail was revoked on two pending cases and is being held without bail after it was revoked in Attleboro District Court.

Barry’s attorney, Al Puller, said in court that his client was fighting a heroin addiction and the events were all drug related.
