Foxborough Election: Selectmen, School Committee Races Shaping Up
Four candidates for Foxborough Board of Selectmen and two for School Committee have taken out nomination papers to run in the town election.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — With town elections less than three months away, candidates have already began taking out nomination papers, signaling they will run for office in the May 4 election. Thus far, contested races have began to shape up for Board of Selectmen and School Committe.
With Selectman David Feldman not seeking re-election, four candidates have taken out nomination papers to run for the seat: David Coffey, Jack Kerzner, Stephanie McGowan and David Palie.
Two candidates have taken out papers to run for the School Committee seat to be vacated by three-term Committee member Beverley Lord. Michelle Raymond and Salina Chowdhury are expected to run. There may also be contested races for Housing Authority.

To make May's ballot, candidates must return nomination papers signed by at least 50 registered Foxborough voters by 5 p.m., March 16. The only candidate to return nomination papers so far is McGowan.
