Foxborough Gets Ready for For Another Patriots Super Bowl
Patriots fans across town are showing their pride in their hometown team this week.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The the Patriots logo is flying high above the center of town, the signs are out, and the students are wearing their favorite jerseys — all signs that Super Bowl LI is around the corner.
Across Foxborough, volunteers and town employees are decorating the town for the Patriots' showdown with the Atlanta Falcons Sunday. It started Monday at Gillette Stadium when the Patriots left for Houston after the team's send off rally. As the pyro and flames went off between the buses, the teams passed under a sign made by the Foxborough Fire Department. The banner was moved to the fire-side of the Foxborough Public Safety Building following the rally.

At the common, Selectman Jim DeVellis helped organize efforts to place signs around the center of town. The effort can be seen in a video posted by DeVellis on YouTube.

Wednesday, the Foxborough Public School posted a montage of the town's five public schools wishing the team luck, including a stop at Foxborough High School with former Patriots offensive tackle Matt Light.

"For all the Patriots out there, all the fans, the Foxborough community is with you," Light said, with a gym full of high schoolers cheering for the Patriots behind him.
The town will cap off the lead-up to the team's seventh Super Bowl of the Brady-Belichick era with a rally at the common Saturday at 1 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring their own signs or make their own at the rally.
