Foxborough Man Wanted In Gronkowski Break-In Turns Himself In

One more wanted person remains at large.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Two out of the three accused men in the Rob Gronkowski home break-in are now in police custody.

Eric Tyrrell, 28, of Foxborough turned himself into police Tuesday afternoon and is being held on $10,000 cash bail. Anthony Almeida, 31, of Foxborough was arrested Friday and ordered held on $5,000 cash bail and 26-year-old Shayne Denn of Tewksbury remains at large.

The arrest is the second from the February break-in. Among the items taken were an 1879 US Morgan Dollar and 1896 Morgan Dollar. After an alert was put out to local dealers and collectors of rare and expensive currency, a dealer in Weymouth said he bought the coins from Tyrrell for a combined total of $3,550.

Tyrrell told the dealer that the coins belonged to his father, according to a police report.

Almeida allegedly admitted to police that he was the driver for Denn and drove Tyrrell to the dealer.

Tyrrell is due in Wrentham District Court Wednesday morning.
