Foxborough Police Log: Dangerous Weapon, OUI, and More

February 21

12:34 p.m. - While investigating a report of a suspicious person on Wall Street, police arrested Gregory Giampetro, 28, of Foxborough and charged him with shoplifting by asportation and possession of a Class E drug.

February 23

12:44 p.m. - Kristi Bogins, 24, of Franklin, was arrested at America’s Best Value Inn and Sports Pub on Route 1 on a warrant.

February 24

2:36 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of South and Liberty Streets, Jamie Pecararo, 20, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, failure to stop/yield, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

February 26

8:37 p.m. - Following a car crash with injuries near Stadium Gulf on Washington Street, Michael Froio, 27, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

February 27

2:46 p.m. - Vincent Cappuccino, 26, of Foxborough, was arrested on Route 1 and charged with operating with a license revoked for an OUI and carrying a dangerous weapon.
