Foxborough Police Log: Fight at the Common, Disorderly Conduct, and More

August 31

12:20 p.m. - A caller reported a fight at the center of town with one person walking towards Bank of America. After police arrived, William Darcey III, 39, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and two counts of open and gross lewdness.

September 2

9:57 p.m. - During a traffic stop near Sunoco on Main Street, Charles Bolton III, 45, of Dedham, was arrested and charged with his second OUI, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of crack cocaine, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

September 3

3:09 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Cocasset Street near Maple Avenue, James Barboza, 55, of Pawtucket, R.I., was arrested on a warrant.

7:30 p.m. - Police made two arrests during a police detail at Patriot Place near Bar Louie. Steven Wiberg, 30, of Providence, R.I., was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer and Jennifer Ruland, 36, of Providence, R.I., was charged with disorderly conduct.

September 4

8:34 p.m. - A 39-year-old from Foxborough was arrested and charged with domestic assault.

September 5

3:04 am - A caller reported two men arguing on Baker Street. One man, a 57-year-old from Worcester, was taken into protective custody.
