Foxborough Police Nab Teens on Vehicle Break-in Charges

Three teens were charged with breaking into a vehicle early Tuesday morning.

Police are thanking a sleeping neighbor after the arrest of three teenagers that allegedly broke into cars on Fuller Road at 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

Craig E. Heelan Jr., 18, of Plainville, and Kurt F. Bogrett, 18, of Walpole, and a juvenile were charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle during the nighttime, conspiracy, and receiving stolen property over $250.

Police say the three teens were caught after a neighbor saw the trio attempting to enter vehicles in a parking lot.

After police responded, the three were found in a nearby car. A stolen GPS unit and speaker were identified inside the vehicle.
