Police made two arrests Saturday in the parking lot of Dollar Tree in Foxborough.Eleanor Masse, 33, of New Bedford, was arrested on two default warrants and charged with possession of a Class D drug and Janice Burke, 59, of Foxborough, was charged with drugged driving and possession of a Class E drug according to the Foxborough Police Log.According to the report, a caller reported the two slumped over the wheel of a car outside the store on Commercial Street. When the person approached the car to ask if they were ok, they started to yell at her.After police arrived, both Masse and Burke were taken into custody.
