A Foxborough woman will has been sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail after admitting to her role in a scheme to sell fake MBTA passes.
Amal Susan Zakhary-Gillis, 49, of Foxboro, pleaded guilty to three counts of receiving stolen property. She was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail, with a year to be served, and three years probation according to the Salem News.
Prosecutors said that she made $400,000 participating in the scheme.
