Foxborough's 2016 Level 3 Sex Offender Map

FOXBOROUGH, MA — There are eight level 3 sex offenders living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Foxborough as of Oct. 16, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.

• Wayne Derby Jr., 34, works at 53 Washington St. In 2004, he was convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or older.
• James Gussman, 52, lives at 9 Mechanic St. Apt. 104. In 2002, he was convicted of 10 counts of rape and abuse of a child.
• James Green, 58, lives in Boston and works at 1 Patriot Pl. In 1991, he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older; in 1998, he was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape, and rape; and in 2007, he was convicted of rape.
• Aaron Hall, 53, works at 70 Mechanic St. In 1997, he was convicted of O/S unnatural and lascivious acts with child under 16.
• Michael Henderson, 39, lives at 39 Ridge Rd. In 2003, he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 year old or older and in 2007, he was convicted of two counts of the same charge.
• John Heylin, 67, lives at 131 Washington St. Apt. 8. In 2005, he was convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or younger.
• Alan Rafuse, 63, lives and works at 131 Washington St. Apt. 67. In 2003, he was convicted of six counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years old, four counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or older, and 10 counts of rape and abuse of a child.
• Johnny Lee Scott, 40, lives at 8 Ledgeville Rd. In 1994, he was convicted of three counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.
