Gillette Stadium Train Station Has Walpole Residents Worried
Foxborough backed the project, but residents in the neighboring town are concerned about the impact.

WALPOLE, MA —Residents in Foxborough may be excited at the prospect of taking the T to Boston without dealing with the parking nightmares at other local stations, but residents in Walpole are worried about the impact to their community.
The town held a forum on the proposed line Tuesday night, which would see a train go though the town daily each way four times.
Walpole Selectman David Salvatore said he's worried that the homes on the train line are going to see their property values decline due to the stop, according to FOX25.

In the end, Walpole does not have much say in the project, the news network said. After the meeting, Walpole Selectman David Salvatore said a group will head to the state house on Dec. 12 to talk to state officials about the issue.
