Grab 'n' Go Kids' Planner

If you are looking for a few kid-friendly places and activities, then you have clicked on the right link.  We’ve assembled a weekly calendar with some ideas to keep the kids and the family busy with fun.

We understand that your time is limited, so we have tackled the research for you.  Check back each Thursday for a list of events and activities for the entire family to enjoy locally or within reasonable driving distance.

Awesome Rob's Adventures
Where/When: / Thursday at 1 p.m.
Why Go?: Magician Awesome Rob mixes comedy with education. A family entertainer for the past 20 years, Robb uses his many talents of storytelling, magic and puppetry to capture audiences young and old.
Pricing: $6.00 per person; members and children under 1 are free.

Patriot Place Storytime
Where/When: Patriot Place, Showcase Cinema De Lux/ Tuesday 11:00 a.m.
Why Go?: After a story reading, Mickey Mouse will make a surprise visit!

Children Playtime
Where/When: Bethany Congregational Church/ Tuesday at 9:30 -11:30 am.
Why Go?: It is a free weekly playtime for children and their parents/caregivers. The gym provides  ride-on toys, bounce houses, balls, slides, teeter-totters and more! It is a great way for your child to meet new friends and for you to connect with other parents. There’s no need to sign-up – just come when you can!

Mother Goose on the Loose
Where/When: The Boyden Library/ Saturday 10:30 a.m.
Why Go?: Children through age 3 are welcome for stories, rhymes, puppets, musical instruments, movement and much more.
