Foxborough House of Pizza, July 1
During a re-inspection, violations from an inspection from May 17 were found to be corrected.

Notes from Diane Passafaro’s re-inspection include:
- Steak tips in walk-in cooler that were located above vegetables in the last inspection was corrected with the report noting, “great correction.”
- Walk-in shelving units are clean.
- Tile was fixed in the front area.
- Walk-in cooler was on the high side during the original inspection, although the inspection was done when the cooler was at a high prep volume. A note was made that the cooler is set for 38 degrees and to come back when the cooler is on a different cycle.

July 2: Mandarin Chef
During, Diane Passafaro’s inspection, one violation was found related to foodborne illnesses interventions and risk factors. Slicers previously cleaned and covered had evidence of leftover food debris. The issue has been corrected.
Passafaro also made these notes which have been corrected:
- Leftover soup being sorted in tin cans. The soup was moved out of the cans during the inspection.
- Area and food around the refrigerator was cleaned up.
- Employee food in three door cooler with establishment food was segregated.
- Dishwashers does not appear to have a data place. Has been corrected.
The restaurant was also asked to ensure that rice that is in a warmer overnight is temped in them morning before use and that the thermometer is sanitizes after each use.
Setting up a three bay sanitized sink was also recommended.
July 8: Mass Premier Courts
No major violations were found during Pauline Clifforo’s inspection but the facility was asked to clean the ice cream machine and provide quat test strips.
July 9: Kamper’s Kitchen at Normady Farms
One violation was found during Diane Passafaro’s inspection. Meatballs were found in hot holding between 126-135 degrees fahrenheit. The need for rapid heating was discussed and the meatballs were discarded. The meatballs were in the unit for less than four hours.
The following notes were made:
- Two employees not working with food were not wearing hats
- Liquid sauces at frappe area not labeled.
- Dry goods were located under an Oasis blender.
- Smoothie mix (thawed) found on counter, keep refrigerated.
Berry Yogurt, July 9
During a re-inspection by Diane Passafaro, all violations from the June 13 inspection were found to be corrected.
