Edward Lawton’s Farm

While no major violations were found during the inspection, the following noted were made:
- Signs posted at sales desk and in milk cooler that says, “Sorry, no mike sales, state tests were too high.” - OK
- Visit to verify no raw milk being sold.

Saga’s Japanese Steakhouse
Violations from a Oct. 18 inspection were found to be corrected. It is now ok to bring in food and Oct. 30 is the tentative date for a verification visit.
Oct. 23
American Legion
No Violations were found during the inspection.
Orpheum Theater
While no major violations were found during the inspection, the following noted were made:
- Thermometer reading high 58 degrees in coolers holding half n’ half for coffee for patrons. Half n’ half reading 57 degrees. Several coolers available. Store cream in cooler in working order. Half n’ half discarded. Do not store in cooler with personal belongings.
- Popcorn machine not clean upon arrival. Ensure it is clean prior to next event (Nov. 22).
- Post BOH permit (new 2013) at door. This has been corrected.
- Brita not clean to site. Clean before next event.
Primo’s Sandwich Shop
No Violations were found during the inspection.
Sal's and Mal's
While no major violations were found during the inspection, the following noted were made:
- Dry goods out of original package, not labeled.
- Food in containers not covered in coolers (pizza cooler, provide covers).
- Paper towels exposed to liquid, keep off counter.
- No hair restrains on employees upon arrival.
- Hoods dirty, maintain clean.
- Toilet seat extremely wobbly, tighten.
Taylor Elementary School
No Violations were found during the inspection.
