Hernandez Co-Defendant Gets Hearing Rescheduled

A pre-trial hearing for a man accused of being an accessory to the murder of Odin Lloyd will have a pre-trial hearing on Friday.

Originally set to take place on July 22, Earnest Wallace was suppose to have the hearing in Attleboro District Court but both sides agreed to delay until Friday according to the Sun Chronicle.

Wallace has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to murder after the fact. He is accused of being being with Aaron Hernandez and a third man when Hernandez allegedly murdered Lloyd in North Attleboro.

Hernandez himself is expected back in court on July 24 for a probable cause hearing.
