Hernandez Defense to Receive Surveillance Tapes from Prosecution.

After a brief hearing on Monday, the defense team of Aaron Hernandez will receive the surveillance video from the place where Hernandez and Odin Lloyd allegedly had a disagreement from the prosecution

During the hearing, Judge Daniel O'Shea ruled that surveillance video taken near Lloyd's home, a hotel, and in the nightclub Rumors from 10 p.m. on June 14 into the early morning hours of June 15 must be preserved according to ESPN Boston.

Neither side would specifically say what was on the tapes.

Hernandez is currently being held without bail and has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Lloyd. The body of Lloyd was found less than a mile away from Hernandez's North Attleboro home on June 17.
