Hernandez Double Murder Trial Moved to Next Year
The former New England Patriots player will face the double murder charges in January.
A Boston judge has approved a delay in Aaron Hernandez’s double murder trial.
On Tuesday, the trial was delayed by seven weeks after prosecutors and lawyers for Hernandez spent two hours in a closed-door hearing over access to physical evidence according to the Boston Globe.
Hernandez is charged in the 2012 slaying of two Boston men he encountered in a Boston nightclub.

The trial will now start in January 2016.
