Heroin Possession, OUI, and More: Foxborough Police Log

February 17

7:12 p.m. - Craig Heelan, 19, of Plainville, was arrested at Solstice Sunglasses at Patriot Place and charged with shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise.

February 18

10:6 p.m. - David Doyle, 34, of Franklin, was arrested at the intersection of Fisher and South High Streets and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and resisting arrest.

February 19

11:24 a.m. - Police made two arrests during a traffic stop on Washington Street. Kristen Nice, 26, of Foxborough, was charged with having outstanding warrant and possession of heroin. Michael Leazott, 30, of Sharon, was charged with having three outstanding warrants, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, knowingly attaching plates, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, being present where heroin is kept, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

7:36 p.m. - Nicholas Barrett, 32, of Foxborough, was arrested on North Grove Street on a default warrant.

February 21

6:52 p.m. - Joseph Frisoni, 37, of North Attleboro, was arrested at during a traffic stop at the intersection of Maple and Park Avenues and charged with having a default warrant, operating without an inspection sticker, and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
