Sales Associate at Alex and Ani
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the driving force behind the Alex and Ani message of positive energy.
- Be an expert on product knowledge by keeping current on all new collections as well as core product lines.
- Ensures proper floor coverage at all times.
- Continuously look for contact opportunities to grow the client base and build loyalty.
- Ensure follow-through and completion of tasks, which contribute to the achievement of the store, company and personal goals.
- Ensures the highest level of client service by assisting clients with concerns and exchanges.

Job Summary
Communicates back and forth with Waste Management Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route. Handles incoming service orders, directs drivers, and resolves service issues. Interacts with customers, including customer service, sales, and operational staff (i.e. Route Managers, Mechanics etc.). Uses Waste Management proprietary software to enter ticket information and track activity. Shifts vary with the potential for overtime and Saturday hours depending particular site needs. Some initial travel (up to 15%) may be required to assist with centralization efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
- Works with routing specialists, route managers, and the service department to optimize routes
- Dispatches drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs, drivers’ locations and loads, and daily factors to balance cost and speed of response
- Fields incoming calls from customers, and e-mails from customer service and sales department; managing requests for pick-up or container delivery and ensuring same-day service
- Initiates outbound calls to customers while drivers are on-site/location, resolving pick-up and other issues
- Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues
- Assists in determining daily level of driver staffing to provide best mix of responsiveness and productivity
- Records and documents information from Drivers and distributes to appropriate departments
- Communicates with maintenance shop personnel and serves as an emergency point of contact for down wires and other issues
Sales Associate at New England Revolution
Position Summary:
This position will be primarily responsible for selling Revolution ticket products to an assigned group of prospective buyers. The Sales Associate will involve a heavy outbound call effort and follow up.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective Revolution ticket buyers
- Sell Revolution ticket products and programs and provide service after the sale to those customers
- Keep accurate records and perform necessary follow up with customers in order to close sales
- Process orders by using the Archtics ticketing system and the Revolution intranet
- Take all necessary steps and fill out all required forms/computer documents in a timely manner in order to complete the sale and ensure proper delivery of all package elements to customers
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Willing to make a high volume of outbound “cold calls” and must have good phone manners
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in an efficient manner

Community Affairs Coordinator at the Kraft Group
Position Summary:
The community affairs coordinator is responsible for administrative support and organization for Community Affairs programs and events. This role will provide clerical support to a wide variety of community programs and events through logistical and operational planning, collaboration, execution, reporting, and communication. This will require both internal and external relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Database input for CR programs and events i.e. Myra Kraft Community MVP, Boston Marathon,
- Back to Football preseason game tickets, Alumni game day volunteers, PPK, Training Camp,
- Children’s Holiday Party, Gifts from the Gridiron, and more
- Donation requests - review letters and manage Donation Xchange site, facilitate all requests
- Management of Charitable Events in boxes
- Management of department inventory, post-event inventory as well as necessary signage and supply orders
- Ready supplies needed for department programs and events
- Assist with mailings and thank you notes
- Administrative support of license plate program - MA, RI, ME
- Media tracking
- Customer service phone calls and emails
- Correspondence for financial donation requests, condolences, illnesses etc..
- Special Projects as events dictate
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years work experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Exceptional with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Power point
