• Must have retail management experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Maintains base of payroll clients on all products, including Taxpay, Paylink, Direct Deposit, BTR reporting, and check signing and stuffing in order to meet client payroll, Human Resource, and employee benefit service needs.
• Contacts clients daily according to set schedules in order to obtain payroll data, including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and employee deductions or adjustments.
• Keys all payroll-related data necessary to process and meet appointment schedules.
• Provides quality client service to maintain a high rate of client retention.
• Maintains knowledge of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws to develop a trusted relationship with our clients.  Corresponds with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of clients to resolve problems.
• Maintains client files to ensure efficient operation and improved client service.
• Researches and resolves client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns.
• Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a positive quality service image.
• May participate in conducting branch training sessions to empower and develop employees.
• Continues self-study modules to become a senior payroll specialist. 

• High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of office experience with a proven facility in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution is required.  
• Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience.  
• The capability to perform, understand and explain payroll and tax computations to clients is required.  
• Competency includes, but is not limited to, successful completion of job dependent exams as deemed appropriate during training period(s).

School Adjustment Counselor at Foxboro Regional Charter

The School Adjustment Counselor is responsible for implementing the school wide plan for creating a safe, social-emotional environment for students. The School Adjustment Counselor helps children through individual casework, community resources, consultation with other school staff members and continuous collaboration with parents, teachers, administration, and other non-instructional school staff members.

Essential Functions:

• Provide individual counseling to students in grades K-12
• Screen students with emotional needs and related academic needs
• Facilitate groups specific to social skills for grades 1-5 and gender specific groups for grades 6-12
• Intervene during crisis situations and make appropriate referrals
• Assess and implement appropriate behavioral plans for students
• Support teachers on implementing behavior support plans in the classroom
• Make referrals to outside agencies to address mental health needs
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and administrators regarding students in need of emotional support and academic concerns
• Collaborate on implementing a school wide bullying prevention program through classroom instruction
• Recommend programs for school and home to meet identified needs while acting as liaison between home and school
• Attend IEP and 504 meetings as needed
• Member of the Student Intervention Team (SIT)
• Serve on the school crisis team
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
