Judge Bans Contact With Aaron Hernandez Murder Trial Juror

Both sides from the trial are forbidden from making contact with a juror accused of misleading the court.

Both legal sides of the Aaron Hernandez murder trial have been barred from having any contact with a juror accused of misleading the court.

The order from Judge E. Susan Garsh comes on the heels of a request from the defense to investigate the juror, who was involved in deliberations according to CBS Boston.

James Sultan, an attorney for Hernandez, said an anonymous caller he spoke to told him that the juror was present for a conversation on Hernandez’s double murder trial in Boston. Discussions of that trial were not allowed.
