Justin Bieber Coming to Gillette Stadium

The Biebs will embark on his first North American stadium tour next summer.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Justin Bieber's first stadium tour next summer will include a stop a Gillette Stadium.

The artist announced Monday that he will perform in Foxborough on Aug. 29. He previously performed in Foxborough as an opening act for Taylor Swift’s 2010 Fearless Tour.

Since the North American launch of the world tour in March, Bieber has sold out 64 U.S. and 52 international tour dates and picked up for wins at the 2016 American Music Awards with four win for Favorite Male Pop/Rock Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Album (Purpose), Favorite Pop/Rock Song (“Love Yourself”) and Video of the Year (“Sorry”).

Bieber has had a global #1 album release in over 100 countries and consecutive #1 single. His latest album, Purpose, is shattering records worldwide - including a record for having 17 songs in the Hot 100 in one week, beating The Beatles and Drake, and has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.

Hopefully this visit to Foxborough will be better for Bieber, who was reportedly kicked out of the Showcase Cinemas Lux Level for being under 21 when he was in town in 2010. He's 22 now, so that shouldn't be an issue this time around.
