Kenny Chesney Announces 2018 Gillette Stadium Show

FOXBOROUGH, MA — If you were worried about the outside shot that there may not be a Kenny Chesney concert in Foxborough this year, don't worry, the Gillette Stadium tradition and No Shoes Nation will return in 2018.

The stadium announced Tuesday morning that Chesney will perform in Foxborough on Aug. 24, 2018. The presale show begins today and tickets go on sale to the public on Oct. 27.

Next year, Chesney will be stopping on Route 1 as part of his Trip Around The Sun Tour. The show will be his 18th at Gillette Stadium, by far the most for any performer in stadium history.

“There’s nothing like a stadium full of people coming together to remind you what life’s about,” Chesney said. “The energy, the moments, the fun. Every single one of these artists who’re coming out with us for Trip Around the Sun live their lives the exact same way: they work hard, they appreciate what they’re given and they love music every bit as much as they love life. I, personally, can’t wait to see this show hit the road,” Chesney said in a release.
