Tony McDonnell is offering a unique educational program to help potential home sellers get the best out of their property value in today’s market. The seminar, called "Learn How to Stage Your Home" will take place Thursday, February 23rd at 6:30PM at the Mansfield Public Library.
The seminar will feature Professional Interior Designer and Home Stager Marianne Cherico of Interiors by Marianne Cherico.
Tony McDonnell, a local Realtor from Campos Homes from Re/Max Real Estate Center, hopes that the information could give homeowners the "HGTV" home sale experience. "Today’s buyers are spoiled by HGTV. Buyers want that "move in ready" home, with little to no work required. Having the home staged often helps today’s buyers to visualize their personal belongings in the home while alleviating the stress of having to do some work to get the home to their personal standards.
