After Greely was woken up, police say he had glassy, bloodshot eyes and his speaking was not intelligible.

The homeowner said that Greely was a stranger and she only noticed him when he heard his snoring while getting a bottle for her baby daughter.

Outside, police observed more damage to the vehicle, including two flat tires on the drivers’ side. Inside the car was allegedly a 12-pack of Coronas with two full cans in the box and four empty cans behind the passenger seat.

Previously, Greely was arrested twice for drunken driving. The first charge was continued without a finding in Milford District Court in May 2007 and he was guilty in the second case in Westborough District Court, also from May 2007

Greely is due back in court on Oct. 5 for a pretrial hearing.
