Man Kicked Off Pats Train, Tried To Jump Back On: Police
Police say Tony Sillari was swinging his arms wildly and screaming profanities on the train while passengers attempted to restrain him.

A passenger on the MBTA's Gillette Stadium train was arrested after he got kicked off the train and tried to get back on, police said.
Tony Sillari, 34, of Winthrop, was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, and assaulting a police officer, according to MBTA Transit Police.
At about 1 a.m. early Sunday morning, officers on the train back to Boston were altered to a disturbance on another car. When they arrived at the location, they allegedly observed a man, identified as Sillari, swinging his arms wildly and screaming profanities while several other passengers were attempting to restrain him. Officers intervened and and were unable to calm Sillari down to no avail. Sillari was then ordered off of the train and escorted to the platform at Dedham Corporation, police said.

Sillari attempted to re-board while the train was moving and was hanging on by the door railing. Officers attempted to pull Sillari back in as a safety precaution, but Sillari resisted their efforts and attempted to pull the officer off the moving train.
Sillari was pulled back onto the train and taken into police custody.
