The NFL released a second statement regarding Patriots owner Robert Kraft Monday morning, once again keeping it brief but saying it will apply the league's conduct policy to Kraft as it would anyone else.

"Our Personal Conduct Policy applies equally to everyone in the NFL," the statement says. "We will handle this allegation in the same way we would handle any issue under the Policy. We are seeking a full understanding of the facts, while ensuring that we do not interfere with an ongoing law enforcement investigation. We will take appropriate action as warranted based on the facts."

An arrest warrant for Kraft is expected to be issued Monday after authorities announced he was charged with two counts of soliciting another to commit prostitution stemming from separate visits to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa & Massage in Jupiter, FL. The warrant would not extend outside of Florida due to the nature of the charges.

The NFL's first statement came shortly after Kraft's charges were announced Friday, simply saying it was aware of "the ongoing law enforcement matter and will continue to monitor developments."
