3 Students Hurt In School Bus Crash In Norfolk
Police said three students were hospitalized after a sport utility vehicle rear-ended the bus.
NORFOLK, MA — A school bus was rear-ended by a sport utility vehicle Thursday morning, injuring three students and the drive of the SUV, police said. The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. on Main Street near Clark Street.
The school bus had 17 students on it and was on its way to Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School in Franklin. The students and adult suffered minor injuries and were taken to Norwood Hospital. The bus was operable after the crash; the SUV had to be towed.
Principal Michael Procaccini went to the scene to take charge of the students and make sure they were safely put on another bus. All other students on the bus made it to school Thursday.

Police have not announced any charges.
