North Attleboro Man Arrested After Allegedly Stealing From Foxborough Gym Parking Lot

A North Attleboro man is facing larceny charges after he allegedly stole a set of keys inside a Foxborough gym and used them to steal cash from a parking lot.

Michael E. Turner, 33 was arrested Monday night and charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle at night, larceny over $250, and conspiracy. A female accomplice was not arrested but will be summonsed to court.

After receiving a call from Answer is Fitness, police were notified that the suspect looked the same as a person seen in video taken by security camera from an Aug. 20 burglary according to the Sun Chronicle.

Office James Head, who investigated the call, also recognized the suspect from the video.

Turner allegedly walked in Monday after being dropped off by his female accomplice with security videos showing something concealed under his black garment when he left. He then went to a car, unlocked it, and took cash.
