North Street Newlyweds Receive Surprise Wedding Gift From Patriots Owner Robert Kraft

The Patriots owner surprised residents Jerry and Amy Pajotte with tickets and field passes to the Patriots-Bears game.

Two days after getting married in a Patriots-themed celebration, North Street newlyweds Jerry and Amy Pajotte had one more gift to enjoy.

Back in their wedding attire Sunday morning, the Pajottes received a pair of VIP passes and club seats for that day’s Patriots’ game against the Chicago Bears from Patriots owner Robert Kraft to their North Street home.

“Words cannot describe what all of this has meant to me and my wife,” Jerry said. “We obviously didn’t expect all of this, but we are very thankful for it and this is exactly why we love Mr. Kraft and the Patriots so much.”

Recently, Jerry wrote a letter to Kraft to share the news of their marriage and the details of their Patriots-themed wedding.

The team’s colors and logos could be seen in many facets of their wedding from Amy’s custom Patriots shoes and Jerry’s Patriots bowtie and vest to a huddle-like entrance into the reception to the Ozzy Osbourne song, “Crazy Train,” the entrance song for the Patriots.

“We all got into a circle and were jumping up and down and cheering. It was almost like a real Patriots entrance,” Jerry said. “We are still getting text messages about that entrance. It was awesome.”

Appreciative of their dedication and creativity, Kraft invited Jerry into his office prior to his wedding to surprise him with the passes and tickets. On his way to the gram, Kraft stopped by the home of Jerry and Amy to congratulate the two on their new life together.

“That’s how I ripped my dress,” Amy said. “I ran so fast to greet Mr. Kraft. It was amazing to see him outside of our house!”

“For Mr. Kraft to come to our house before the game and give us a hug says all you need to know about him. He loves his fans and we love him. It was a surreal moment,” Jerry said.

Living in walking distance to Gillette Stadium is nothing short of ideal for the die-hard fans but the circumstances of this particular walk will surely make this walk one of the more memorable ones for the newlyweds.

“When we walked to our first Patriots game, I just remember thinking it was awesome to live so close to our favorite team. Being able to walk to a Patriots game two days after we get married is even more exciting!” Jerry said.

“We debated going to the game a different way, but I absolutely wanted to go down the train tracks like we always do,” Amy said. “Going down tracks with no one else the around us and just enjoying the moment was perfect.”

As for the couple wearing their wedding attire to the game? There were plenty of cheers from Patriots and Bears fans when the two reached the stadium.

“This is an experience we are going to remember for the rest of our lives,” Jerry said. “To be able to do this after our wedding, with Amy in her dress, and around the people that we love and the crowd and the fans that we love, there’s nothing better than this.”

“I think everyone cheering us on and yelling, ‘Go Pats,’ was an awesome experience and one that I’ll never forget,” Amy added.

After watching the Patriots defeat the Bears 51-23, the Pajottes traveled to St. Lucia on Monday morning for their honeymoon.
