One Direction Coming Back to Gillette Stadium

Pop group One Direction will return to Gillette Stadium as part of their On the Road Again tour to take place in 2015.

Live Nation announced that the UK group will play Foxborough on Sept. 12.

This year, One Direction thrilled fans with a three night stay at the stadium, playing to crowds of 50,000 concertgoers. As of now, there is only one show planned in Foxborough.

Tickets for the Sept. 12, 2015 show, promoted by Live Nation, go on sale on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 10 a.m. on Live Nation’s website.

Fans will have access to a pre-sale by visiting the band’s Facebook page on Wednesday, Oct. 29. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Friday, Oct. 24 through Citi’s Private Pass Program. For complete pre-sale details, visit the program’s website.
