5:39 p.m. - During at traffic stop on Commercial Street, Damien Shuler, 27, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating without an inspection sticker.

5:05 p.m. - Sompud Cotto, 48, of Lowell, was arrested near the Foxborough Public Safety Building on Chestnut Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

12:37 a.m. - Matthew David, 30, of Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
April 25
8:44 p.m. - Daniel Bates, 51, of Foxborough, was arrested on South Cross Street on a straight warrant.
