Pair Wanted in North Attleboro Shooting Arrested in Foxborough

Police say the two were taken into custody Tuesday night.

Foxborough, MA—Two people wanted in connection to a North Attleboro drive-by shooting were arrested in Foxborough Tuesday night.

Kenneth Morton, 19, whose last known address was in Attleboro and Sarah K. Salvo, 19, of Norton, were arrested at the Foxborough State Forest, according to the Sun Chronicle.

Tuesday night, police learned that the two were possibly in Foxborough. Officer James Parah set up surveillance in the area and spotted the suspects around 9:30 p.m., the police department wrote on Facebook. Officer James Headd and Sgt. John Thibedeau responded and assisted Parah in taking the two into custody. Both were arrested on warrants from the North Attleboro Police Department.

Police say that on June 22, Morton fired a shotgun at the second floor of a building on Kelley Boulevard because he was upset with the person who lived there. Salvo, Morton's girlfriend, was allegedly with Morton at the time of the shooting.

The two were arraigned Wednesday in Attleboro District Court.
