Paitin Wine Dinner at Davio's Foxborough

Join Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Foxborough, MA for a culinary wine tour of “Paitin Winery,” the 200 year old vineyard of the Elia family, in Piedmont, Italy. Drink along with host and winemaker Giovanni Pasquero-Elia, as he discusses the art of winemaking and amazing aromas and flavors of the incredible Paitin portfolio. Giovanni, with his father and his brother, runs the estate that their ancestor, Benedetto Elia, purchased in the 18th century.

Designed for oenophiles of all levels, the five-course prix fixe dinner with wine pairings will feature regionally inspired foods prepared by Executive Chef Paul King such as Handmade Rabbit Ravioli, Picholine Olives, Fresh Herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano and Roast Beef Tenderloin, Black Truffle Glaze. Guests will experience both the familiar and unexpected from this acclaimed winery.

This intimate journey will be held at Davio’s Foxborough on Thursday, February 19th, 2015 starting at 7:00pm. For $95 per person (tax and gratuity not included), guests will be treated to a five-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines to accompany their dining experience (see menu below).
