Passed Out Driver Charged with OUI, Warrant Arrests: Foxborough Police Log

February 14
1:27 a.m. - 911 received a call for a vehicle parked in the middle of Cocasset Street by Cannon Forge Drive. The driver was passed out behind the hell. The driver, Michael Powers, 38, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
8:09 p.m. - Trevin Lingard, 21, of Walterboro, S.C., was arrested during a traffic stop near Patriot Place and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation.

9:24 p.m. - Thomas Lisognan, 45, of Attleboro, was arrested during a traffic stop on Commercial Street by Walnut Street and charged with driving with a revoked license and operating a motor vehicle that didn’t meet RMV safety standards.
11:35 p.m. - Christopher Barnes, 25, of Hazlehurst, Ga., was arrested at America’s Best Value Inn on Washington Street on two warrants.
