Update: Victim Identified in Possible Homicide; State Police Searches Hernandez's Home

New England Patriot tight-end Aaron Hernandez is being questioned about a recent murder investigation in North Attleboro. WBZ-TV reports say he isn't being ruled out as a suspect.

New England Patriots tight-end Aaron Hernandez isn't being ruled out as a suspect in a possible homicide, according a WBZ report.

The body of the victim has been identified as Olin Lloyd, 27, of Dorchester. He was linebacker the Boston Bandits, semi-pro football team and attended O'Bryan School of Math and Science.

WBZ-TV's Karen Anderson also reported Hernandez isn't cooperating with investigators.

Hernandez was seen leaving his North Attleboro home with a woman this morning and had no comment.

Reports say the state police are back at Hernandez's North Attleboro home Wednesday morning.

The New England Patriots have said they wouldn't be commenting on the ongoing investigation.

New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez has been questions by police after a dead body was found less than a mile away from his North Attleboro home according to WHDH.

On June 17, a dead body was discovered in a clearing near John Dietsch Boulevard by a jogger. The death is being treated as a homicide by authorities

Reported by Sports Illustrated, about 10 police vehicles were outside Hernandez's home Tuesday night as police searched the home and questioned the Patriots' tight end.

Police were seen outside taking photos of the cars in the driveway and leaving with items, including a computer.

A 2013 Chevrolet Suburban with Rhode Island plated rented in his name and recovered near the scene has become a key piece of evidence according to ABC News. and The Sun Chronicle.

The Sun Chronicle also reported that state police are also looking for a 2013 Silver Chrysler 300 with Rhode Island plate 451-375 that is possibly connected to the murder.

After police arrived around 7 p.m. two men questioned offices why the driveway was being blocked. The two men left with investigators and were taken to the North Attleboro Police Station. Later, the men told WBZ they were the uncles of Hernandez's fiance.

After police left for the eventing, Hernandez remained in his home.

Patriots VP of Media Relations Stacey James released a statement earlier tonight saying, “I am aware of the reports, but I do not anticipate that we will be commenting publicly during an ongoing police investigation.” 

The 23-year old tight end from the Patriots joined the team in 2010 after being drafted out of the University of Florida.

Hernandez bought the home in November 2012 from former Patriots player Ty Warren for $1.3 million.
