Police Log: Assault, Stolen Cell Phone, and More

August 2

12:45 a.m. - A person flagged down an officer to report a stolen iPhone. Using the “Find my iPhone” feature, the phone was located in Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar and Grill. After checking the area, Meghan Shaw, 22, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property over $250.

10:36 p.m. - A 48-year-old male on Mechanic Street was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic assault and threatening to commit a crime (murder).

August 3

6:57 a.m. - During traffic control at Foxborough Common, Victor Panzieri, 43, of Foxborough was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).
