Police Log: Bank Fraud, Intoxicated Man Won't Leave Terminals, and More

September 9
1:00 a.m. - Security at the Foxborough Terminals reported an intoxicated male refusing the leave the property. After police located the 21-year-old male from Fairhaven, N.J. on North Street, he was taken into protective custody.

The following is a summary of people taken into custody during the New England Patriots game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Gillette Stadium. Five people were arrested and 15 were taken into protective custody. Attendance was 64,796.
- A 23-year-old female from Malden was taken into protective custody.
- A 37-year-old male from Hampton, N.H. was taken into protective custody.
- A 23-year-old male from Barnstable was taken into protective custody.
- A 19-year-old male from an unknown town was taken into protective custody.
- A 38-year-old female from Acushnet was taken into protective custody.
- A 49-year-old female from Doglas was taken into protective custody.
- A 66-year-old male from New Bedford was taken into protective custody.
- A 32-year-old male from Glouster was taken into protective custody.
- A 34-year-old male from Lowell was taken into protective custody.
- A 29-year-old male from Revere was taken into protective custody.
- A 33-year-old male from Harrisville, R.I. was taken into protective custody.
- Robert Tessier, 38, of Warwick, R.I., was arrested and charged with threatening to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, and trespassing.
- Forbes Rafuse, 53, of Chester, Nova Scotia, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct
- A 24-year-old male from Danvers was taken into protective custody.
- A 31-year-old male from Portland, Maine was taken into protective custody.
- A 25-year-old male from Yorktown, N.Y. was taken into protective custody.
- Melissa Rafuse, 26, of Hackett, Nova Scotia, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
- Justin Hart, 24, of Holyoke, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
- Thomas Lally, 24, of Fall River, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
- A 44-year-old male from Bridgeville, Penn. was taken into protective custody.
6:08 p.m. - TD Bank on Central Street reported bank fraud involving three people. After investigating, police made three arrests. Mark Roberts, 27, of Bronk, N.Y., was arrested and charged with larceny by check over $250, uttering a counterfeit note, larceny over $250, conspiracy, and misleading, intimidating, or harassing to obstruct justice; Isaiah Bennett, 20 of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged with larceny by check over $250, larceny over $250, and conspiracy; and Natavia Lawson, 18, of Bronk, N.Y., was charged with larceny by check over $250, uttering a counterfeit note, larceny over $250, and conspiracy.

September 11
1:24 a.m. - A 36-year-old from Stamford, Conn. was arrested and charged with domestic assault.
September 12
The following people were taken into custody during the One Direction concert at Gillette Stadium. Four people were arrested and eight were taken into protective custody. Attendance was 46,200.
- Jenna Donovan, 25, of Hanover, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
- Caitlyn Donovan, 25, of Somerville, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
- A 34-year-old female from Pawtucket, R.I. was taken into protective custody.
- A 44-year-old female from Atkinson, N.H. was taken into protective custody.
- A 43-year-old female from Atkinson, N.H. was taken into protective custody.
- Abigail Harris, 21, of Cambridge, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.
- Alexander Copeland, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with the arrest of another.
- A 22-year-old female from Rexford, N.Y. was taken into protective custody.
- A 45-year-old female from North Andover was taken into protective custody.
- A 21-year-old female from Boston was taken into protective custody.
- A 48-year-old female from Ipswich was taken into protective custody.
- A 29-year-old female from Newburyport was taken into protective custody.
