3:49 a.m. - A 26-year-old male from Marlborough found passed out in the Patriot Place parking lot was placed in protective custody.

5:43 p.m. - After a verbal argument was reported at America’s Best Value Inn on Route 1, Christian Berroa, 26, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony and assault.

11:10 p.m. - A 25-year-old female at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill was placed in protective custody.

8:49 p.m. - Tajudeen Olamutiwa, 38, of Foxborough was arrested with a straight warrant.
