Police Log: Disorderly Conduct, Third OUI, and More

December 23
10:00 p.m. - Patriot Place security requested a sobriety check of a male near a vehicle in the parking lot. When police arrived to the scene, the male operator of the vehicle was combative. The male, Andrew Desorosiers, 48, of Somerset, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and operating under the influence of liquor.

6:27 p.m. - Responding to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Commercial Street and Forbes Boulevard, police arrested and charged Justin Jett, 35, of West Warwick, RI with his third operating under the influence of liquor offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

6:14 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Washington Street and North Street, Ernest Nadeau, 39, of Brockton, was arrested with a default warrant.
December 27
12:12 a.m. - During a police detail at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, a 22-year-old male from Dedham was placed in protective custody.
