Police Log: Drug Distribution and More

11:21 p.m. - Police received a report of a disturbance near the cut-through by Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill. After arriving to the area, two people were arrested on drug charges. James Pierce, 58, of Lakeville, was charged with possession of a Class B drug and Rosa DePina, 28, of Providence R.I., was charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

11:49 p.m. - During a police detail at Splitsville Luxury Lanes, a 21-year-old male from Norton was placed in protective custody.
