Police Log: Drunken Driving, Warrant Arrests, and More

October 14

8:05 p.m. - A caller in Sharon reported an erratic driver that was on South Main Street but made their way to Twilight Drive in Foxborough. When police arrived on the road, Edward Veiking, 48, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with drunken driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

October 15
10:22 a.m. - Two people were arrested on Walnut Street. Brittany Nunn, 23, of Marshfield, was arrested on two default warrants and two straight warrants and Brianna Newsom, 27, of Quincy, was arrested on a warrant.

9:03 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at Cumberland Farms on Mechanic Street, Humphrey McCarthy, 56, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for drunken driving, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
