Police Log: Erratic Operating, Disorderly Conduct, and More

October 10

7:22 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of Patriot Place, police arrested and charged Michael Viscardi, 43, of Foxborough, with his third OUI liquor offense, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

9:30 p.m. - During a police detail at Bar Louie, Maxwell Goggin, 20, of Walpole, was arrested and charged with false/misuse of a liquor ID card/license.

October 11

12:50 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on North Street, police arrested and charged Derek Hoyt, 21, of Foxborough, with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.

2:03 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Gilmore Street and Fales Place, police arrested and charged Emily Woodhams, 23, of Plainville, with operating under the influence of liquor and failure to dim headlights.

11:45 p.m. - During a police detail at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, Andrew Chandler, 22, of Wrentham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

October 12

4:01 p.m. - Police received a report of a male parked at Foxfield Plaza slumped down inside his car. The reporting party added that the vehicle was operating extremely erratically on Central Street before pulling into the plaza.

After police responded, Robert Burns, 52, of South Easton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
