Police Log: A Late Night Knock, Possession of a Class A Drug, and More

November 7

1:36 a.m. - The calling party reported that a person was knocking on her door on Cocasset Street, throwing things at the window of the home, and broke the window to a vehicle.

When police arrived, Chelsea Ruff, 22, of Foxborough was arrested and charged with trespassing, malicious destruction of property under $250, and vandalizing property.

9:38 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street near Motorcycles of Manchester South, Sean McLean, 30, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and following too closely.

November 8

1:06 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Central Street, police arrested and charged Cory Brooks, 43, of Stoughton, with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, a marked lanes violation, and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

7:36 p.m. - During a police detail at Splitsville Luxury Lanes at Patriot Place, a 24-year-old male from Lincoln, RI was placed in protective custody.

November 9

2:32 p.m. - During the New England Revolution’s game vs. the Columbus Crew at Gillette Stadium, a 30-year-old male from Quincy was placed in protective custody.
