Police Log: OUI, 2nd Offense, Possession of Class B Drug, and More

October 1

2:17 p.m. - Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Elm and Central Streets. While at the scene, police arrested and charged David Butt, 45, of Foxborough with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.

7:42 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Main Street and Korean Veteran’s Road, Timothy Barry, 25, of Foxborough was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

8:55 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Cocasset Street and East Belcher Road, police made two arrests.

Carrie Callahan, 35, of Foxborough was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Sean Lennon, 36, of Foxborough was charged with possession of a Class B drug.

October 2

11:02 a.m. - Police received a report of a operator that left Wrentham District Court with a suspended license. After pulling over the car on Cocasset Street, police arrested and charged Sean Lennon, 36, of Norwood with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

October 4

11:15 p.m. - Mansfield Police reported an erratic operator inbound on East Street that Foxborough Police found on Cocasset Street.

After the vehicle was pulled over, Patricia McNamee, 45, of North Attleboro was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
