Police Log: OUI Arrest After Car Accident and More
The following is from the Foxborough Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.
Sept. 8
12:53 a.m. - Responding to a motor vehicle accident near Patriot Place on Route 1, police made one arrest and a 21 year old from Norwood was taken into protective custody.
Craig Wallace, 25, of Norwood was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, and assault and battery.
11:13 a.m. - After making a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Main Street and Old Colony Road, police arrested Robert Serrazza, 48, of North Attleboro under a default warrant and and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
14:58 p.m. - Michael Viscardi, 41, of Foxboro was arrested on a straight warrant.
